7Ballmusic Return, Exchange, Freight Damage, & Warranty PoliciesReturns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Please email us for the correct address. All returns for full refund must be in the original box with all packaging and in excellent condition. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will file a claim and get you a replacement asap.
Personal use items that are used at your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned, unless defective, due to health issues. All defective returns within 30 days of date of purchase will be returned to the manufacturer of the product at no cost to the customer. An RMA number will be given along with a return service label in email or call tag if email is not available. FedEx will schedule a driver to pick up the return package in most cases within 24 hours of receipt of electronic return service label. Once product has arrived back to the shipping warehouse, a replacement will be sent out at no shipping cost to the customer. Any items returned after the first 30 days will be covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty. OSP and 7Ball products are covered for 1 year. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping back to 7Ballmusic or the manufacturer's desired return location for defective items 30 days past the point of purchase within 1 year of the date of purchase. Defective items are defined as items that show no signs of misuse or physical abuse including normal wear and tear. All freight damage must be reported within 14 days upon receipt of product or refused from the shipping company delivery person. In order to regain replacement costs, all original packaging must be retained and visible for inspection by FedEx or selected carrier. In most cases pictures may be requested as part of the damage claim recovery process. Damaged product must be returned to our warehouse before a replacement is issued unless the carrier requests retention of product for their accounting purposes. At that time a replacement will be sent out at no additonal cost to the customer. |
